Nestled against a pristine Silverado Resort fairway, this 2BD, 2BA is a remodeled condo located within the exclusive Cottages community. Conveniently located within a short stroll to the Silverado Resort Mansion bar and patio, grill, spa, and bakery/market.
The main area of the condo features a spectacular view of the PGA North fairway from the living room and bedroom, and lounge on the patio overlooking the golf course. The adjoining lock-off studio bedroom has a charming fenced courtyard/patio.
MAIN CONDO
The main condo accommodates two guests.
Relax on a comfy sofa and armchair in the living room overlooking a scenic fairway view and watch favorite shows on the large, flat-screen TV. The laptop-friendly desk provides a convenient workplace.
Prepare locally inspired dishes in the kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The table in the dining area seats four guests.
The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an armchair, a scenic fairway view, and patio access. The en suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
Sunbathe in the chaise lounge or share alfresco dining at the table for four, all while enjoying the beautiful Silverado Resort golf course view.
STUDIO
The studio sleeps two guests in a plush king-size bed in the sleeping area.
Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. A Keuring coffee maker helps you start the day with ease. Serve snacks at the table for two.
The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The fenced courtyard is furnished with two armchairs and a side table.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Walk to the community pool. Book a day at the Silverado on-site spa to enjoy a massage as well as the fitness center, pool, hot tub, and tennis. Also, discover the nearby City of Napa and over 400 wineries in Napa Valley for tasting.
Extra perks include complimentary internet and on-site coin-operated laundry facilities.
Access to each single-level rental is via three exterior steps. The fireplace in the main unit is non-operational. A lock-off door connects the units internally.
The community pool is unheated and open seasonally from May 1st to October 15.
Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort & Spa. Therefore, guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee. The on-site restaurants and shops are open to the public.
Day passes for the spa, tennis, and fitness center are available for purchase. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Silverado Resort & Spa guests, Troon members, or can be booked for guests by a local golf pro.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, resort housekeeping, resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Assigned parking is available (one car in the attached carport) with additional parking available nearby.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
