Ashbys Deluxe studios was a concept that evolved after our experiences during lockdown. Southsea village is a bustling melee of bars and restaurants and having opened Ashbys Accommodation to provide entertainment and fun activities our studio apartments were added to provide everything that you would need for a staycation. The focus is on wellness and relaxation which is why we have added the hot tubs and sauna and these will be complimented in July when an indoor sauna and steam room and coffee room will be added.

Ashbys Is all about providing the best guest experience for a post COVID world staycation trip. We know the world has changed so we have strict cleaning policies and all our spaces are geared up for offering facilities that guests value. Super fast wifi connectivity for those who may want a change of scenery whilst working away. Extra facilities like hot tub and sauna that can be booked exclusively.

We try to be a bit different. All our rooms are all individually styled and we try very hard to create that “Home from Home” feel, whilst also being different.

Mubi and I love hosting on Airbnb and have five fantastic signature locations in Southsea for a variety of stays; Ashby’s is a 9 bedroom boutique style accommodation that we market for exclusive group bookings. This is our signature hospitality venue for groups who want to stay together and enjoy the facilities on offer. It’s ideal for groups, or large families. It has hosted weddings, celebrations and is a lot of fun and has a sauna and Jacuzzi

Then we have a 2 bedroom luxury penthouse in the lipstick tower In Gunwharf Quays with the most incredible sea views - with panoramic wall to ceiling glass that offer incredible views of the Solent. This is our premium business let and comes with 24 hour concierge and is for longer term business bookings for those looking for luxury and fully serviced pampering.

During some periods of the year we also offer our 6 bedroom luxury villa for rental, which is located next door to Ashby’s Hotel.

We also have an amazing 2 bedroom apartment that is the closest building to the sea and beach in Southsea itself. Located just opposite the pier and with great sea views. It’s tastefully decorated and has all the mod cons. Very popular for a family staycations and also as a romantic getaway for couples wanting that extra special location.

We also offer a premium stay luxury 7 room Villa. All rooms are self contained studios and designed, furnished and decorated to the very highest standard of luxury. The property will boast its own spa and has a state of the art 10 person hot tub with indoor sauna and steam room due to be completed by July.

Ashbys Deluxe Studios and Ashbys Accommodation are situated next door to one another and can be hired together to offer a unique celebration venue for events like: weddings & celebrations that combine the best of both venues for up to 50 people. This offers opportunities for large groups to host special events.

We have been lucky enough to meet some incredible guests over the past 3 years and have hosted a wide range of stays including: celebrities, teams competing in the Americas cup and even members of the Royal household for the D Day celebrations.
