This tiny teardrop RV is located on an 11 acre homestead with animals and gardens. Your “glamping” accommodations include a short queen-sized bed and a “wet bathroom.” There is electricity, water, a/c and heat. Enjoy the sounds of the farm and meet our herd of miniature Aberdeen cattle, a miniature horse, mini goats, chickens, Indian runner ducks, Guinea fowl and a small flock of very curious Siamese cats.

Please note, this is a very TINY camper. It is a bed and a bathroom with a small counter. There is not a sitting area. It is clean, cozy, and cute, a great place to spend the night.

Notes about the bed: This queen sized bed is eight inches shorter than a standard bed.

I am 5 foot three and I need to bend down in order to walk in the door, but once I’m inside the camper I can stand completely upright in the small space between the bed and the counter. My husband is 6 foot two and he cannot stand up straight in the camper. If you have limited mobility or are very large, this may not be a good option for you. Having said that, very large guests have stayed in tear drop campers and loved it!

Our property is 1/4 mile off the main road, so there is a very private feel. Because of the trees surrounding the property, you cannot see the main road from the RV site.

The camper is situated on our 11 acre homestead near our gardens and orchard. My family of 6 lives in a brick home on the property. My in-laws also have a home on our property. There is a guesthouse and another Tiny RV site near the gardens where this camper is located. We love our little neighborhood!

We have been hosting on AirBnB for a about 3 years now and are SUPER excited about providing some of the best hospitality in Waco!

We have met some of the most interesting people these past few years. It seems like a vacation stay on a farm is attractive to some really special folks (you know who you are!).

While we are totally happy to give our guests complete privacy when they are in our guest house if that is what they want, it has been really incredible meeting some of the people that have stayed in our guesthouse this year. Some of my favorite times with guests have been on our little homestead tours. It seems like so many people desire to get back to a more simple country life and don't know where to start. We know how you feel!! We were total city slickers until just a few years ago. We have really enjoyed meeting the many people who feel a dream in their heart to do something a little different than they have always done.

Please let us know if there is anything we can provide that is not in the listing that would make your stay more enjoyable.
