Great for couples and solo adventurers. Room with private entrance, ensuite and a/c set in 7 acres with an olive grove, beautiful gardens and magnesium leisure pool 3 mins drive from local beach. Tranquil escape perfect as a break from city life or a base to explore Busselton, Ferguson Valley and Margaret River's foodie offerings and vineyards. Room price includes breakfast with home grown seasonal delicacies like fig, apricot and kumquat jams and lemon curd.

Offering 2 ensuite rooms, side by side, in a separate wing of the house with either a garden or a pool view. These rooms can be provided as 2 doubles or as a twin and a double.

Internet access is with free WiFi and is unrestricted for Netflix use. Guest rooms each have a 32" smart TV.

Dodo is my 2 year old cute and cuddly Border Collie and for wildlife watchers, local kangaroos often visit the property around the olive grove and on the lawn at dawn and dusk.

A variety of fruit and vegetables are grown on site in the 2 acre olive grove, stone fruit and citrus orchards and aquaponics set up, which are served in guest breakfasts when in season. If interested in self-sufficient living, a tour of the grounds is offered, usually with a seasonal sample or two...

Feel free to explore the garden, stretch out in the gazebo on a hammock or with some yoga, swim in the magnesium leisure pool or relax on the back veranda.

There is a heated outdoor shower for guest use and yoga mats and pool towels are provided for guests on request. The pool is open seasonally from November to June.

Stratham is a tranquil area featuring native bushland and the beautiful coastal views of Geographe Bay from Stratham Beach, where the sunsets are sensational. Just across the highway you can make your way to the vineyards and breweries of the Ferguson Valley. Head south to Margaret River to sample local delicacies, to Busselton to walk the Jetty or just explore the coastline and magic that is the Geographe Bay wine region.

For triathletes, we are less than 20km from the Busselton Ironman WA bike course, held annually on the first Sunday of December. There are some fantastic options for cycle routes and run trails locally and the South West Sports Centre is just 5 minutes drive away with a 50m indoor pool, a 25m outdoor pool and a fully equipped gym.

For golfers, we are ideally placed next to Capel Golf Club, boasting one of the best set of greens in WA with a very attractive 18 hole course and hundreds of kangaroos lazily grazing on the lush greens and surrounds. Set on relatively flat terrain with grass greens and fairways surrounded by an abundance of tuart, jarrah, banksia and peppermint trees and home to major annual events such as the Capel Open, Summer Cup, Easter Medley, Mineral Sands Cup, Capel Cup and the Capel 3000.

Hello! After living and working in the UK, I relocated to the beautiful South West of WA in 2015. I work as an aerial and acrobatic artist and teacher and am Also Engagement Producer at our local Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre.

My place is an ideal set up for couples weekends away and welcoming overseas visitors and city escapers alike seeking a relaxing break in the scenic Geographe area.

I have travelled through Europe and Australia and found staying at Air B'n'Bs was a great way to connect with great people and get to know the local area. I want you to have the best stay possible here so always happy to advise with local places, events and adventures.
