This bright and modern studio with a balcony has everything one may wish for in an apartment. Modern PU flooring, designer furniture and subdued color combinations give the flat an elegant touch. The sleeping and living area is equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, working area and a cozy sitting corner. The fully fitted kitchen with a dining area caters for all the daily needs: a glass ceramic stove, microwave with baking and grilling options, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery. The separate bathroom complete with hand towels, a hair dryer and company-branded toiletries, invites guests to relax in the bathtub.

The laundry room in the basement equipped with washing machines & dryers is at your disposal free of charge. Washing powder/liquid is not provided.

For long term stays it is possible to have access to a letterbox.
