Welcome to Villa Pacifica! Located on the 2nd row - just a stone's throw from the ocean - this 2BR/2BA villa has spectacular ocean views & is an easy stroll to the Malecon, pool/spa, tennis. It feels like you're visiting a friend's home, not a rental. Imagine wine tasting in the Valle, surfing the waves, or enjoying the sights of Rosarito. Play your tunes on our Bluetooth soundbar, grill your favorite foods on our gas grill, sip wine or margaritas & relax on the stunning patio.

My villa is decorated in classic Hacienda style: Saltillo tile floors, wood beamed & vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans in all rooms, Talavera tile and local artwork. All New renovated master bath and 2nd bath with top-of-the-line finishes including custom floating cabinets, frameless glass shower doors, and decorative Malibu (Talavera) tile accents in showers and around mirrors. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, gas range/oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. The kitchen even has a bar area with seating for 3. The living room features a flat-screen TV, Surround Soundbar with Bluetooth, DVD player, fireplace & quality designer furnishings from Fausto Palanco. Sink into the oversized sofa & chair with ottoman, dining table w/4 seagrass chairs and fabulous ocean views. As soon as you step into my villa, you'll recognize immediately that this is a quality property that shows pride of ownership. Free WIFI - Washer/Dryer included inside the unit.

Las Gaviotas is the premier beachside community in the Rosarito/Puerto Nuevo area. It is guard gated, meticulously maintained and reminiscent of a European village tumbling into the Mediterranean Sea. It's also in the sunniest location on the coast! There is an oceanfront Malecon the length of the subdivision, an abundance of beautiful flowers and colorful landscaping, cobblestone streets, a private beach well known as one of the best surfing spots, a large pool, spa, tennis, outdoor shuffleboard, and small playground. Summer weekends bring a fresh fish/ceviche cart and a taco stand! Make sure to try the shrimp cocktail!

I am a Realtor selling and marketing residential real estate in the Denver Metro Area. Living in Colorado, I enjoy all the great mountain scenery. Our Las Gaviotas home is our ocean getaway. The first time I saw Las Gaviotas, I was hooked and I purchased my villa that very same day!

Other than visiting LG, I love to travel to Paris, Rome, London, etc. I'm a French girl so I love historical cities. Unfortunately, there's never enough time to see everything in one trip. Conversely, Las Gaviotas and Villa Pacifica are all about kicking up your feet, taking a deep breath of clean air, admiring the view and relaxing...preferably with a margarita in hand!
