Long Version:
In the middle of the garden full of exotic flowers and blossoms is they yin-yang pool which is shared by our exclusive guests, who live in one of our four apartments.
The apartment described in this offer is a quite big (57 m²) and well, so we'd love to welcome you here.
Not only the terrace is extra large (20 m²) and comfortable equipped with a couch, swing bed, two ceiling fans and big dinner table but also the interior spaces have enough room and appealing furniture.

Outside is the best place to be in Kenya. This is why we built a private, shady terrace (20 m²) with view to the garden and due to the ceiling fan it is even on hot days a nice area to relax and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our place.

The kitchen with gas stove and oven, big fridge (and freezer) and enough cooking utensils is ready to use during a long term rent or holiday. Don't worry about dishwasing! Daily cleaning is included in the price.

The furniture and ornamental elements made out of tropical timber are supposed to give every apartment an individual, special appearance. However, the design of the rooms is rather basic. We put most of our effort into the garden. :-)

The sleeping room of Mnazi 1 comes with a big double bed, mosquito nets, A/C and ceiling fan. There is also a TV which can only be operated via the provided DVD-Player. There is a small couch and a coffee table as well. In the private bath room next to your bed room you have the option to shower with warm water.

Sweet Water / Drinking water is freshly put into containers every day. You can use it to cook, brush your teeth or even for drinking. It is completely safe (we buy it from a Drinking water supplier) - we drink it everyday and have always been fine. Keep in mind that in most holiday homes in Kenya you have to buy every drop of sweet water by yourself! At our place, only very cautious people have to buy water for drinking in sealed bottle in the supermarkets.

Bedclothes, towels and daily cleaning (6 times a week) by our housekeeper as well as gas and water are included in the price. Power is to pay extra.

The cottages are located in a quiet neigbourhood, where it is safe to walk and live. There is no traffic noise and at night there are street lights.

I built three cozy, little houses and a swimming pool and designed a small little garden and welcome all other nature-lovers and uncomplicated travelers to visit us here. Nora will do most of the communication nowadays as I am very busy at work (music, art) for months now.

When you arrive and before you go, the English and German speaking manager Mrs. Anne will welcome you. She can answer any additional questions.
During your stay, the housekeeper and the gardener come in the morning to clean the pool, garden and your apartment.

At night, a guard will keep watch at the gate. To guarantee safety even more, all the houses are alarmed.

We, Nora & Thomas, live 6 months per year in Diani. So depending on your travel times, we might be able to personally take care of you and your needs. Otherwise you can trust that our well-trained, experienced staff will do their best to ensure your well-being.
