The private room is equipped with a queen bed with a desk and tv. Apps available on tv are Hulu, Showtime and Amazon prime. The room is equipped with central Ac but there is also a portable AC inside the room. The bathroom will be shared ranging between 1-2 guests. There is a full bathroom and another half restroom. The round rock outlets are only 5 min away as well as many restaurants near by.

Kick back and relax in this calm, minimalist space. Private one bedroom and bathroom situated in northeast corner of the house. Perfect place to work from home. AT&T fiber internet. Access to all communal spaces: dining room, kitchen, living room, backyard. Ideal for singles or couples. My home is open to pets but please only book with a pet if yours is friendly to small dogs and house trained. I have two small chihuahuas who are very friendly and curious to meet guests.

Excellent clean location close to highway 35 and 79 only 10 minutes away from the domain and 5 minutes from Dell campus. Weekly Discount of -5% and -10% for stays of 29 days. Cleaning includes UVC sterilization lighting (like surgery rooms) in each of my rooms after guest use. Bed mattresses are UVC treated with newly laundered sheets. The whole house has UVC light sterilization for air conditioning.
