General information

For the general check-in procedure, a host or co-host will welcome guests to hand over the key. We need to know your approximate arrival time in advance in order to arrange an appointment. We will meet you in the flat and give you the keys and some basic information. The check in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Different check-in time can be arranged on request and upon availability. A fee may apply for requests out of check in time. The flat is at first floor and it’s reachable trough one flight of stairs. There s no lift in that area of the building. At your arrival you’ll receive 2 sets of 3 keys: the RED key opens the big gate on the main street, the GREEN key opens the iron gate in the atrium of the building, the key without color opens the apartment. Key loss or damage will be charged an extra fee of € 30

Checkout time is set at 10:00AM. If needed, a later checkout time is possible when there is no other guest arriving on the same day and has to be arranged at least 48 hours before departure. The day of the departure the keys should be left into the apartment or returned to the owner . Both the gates downstairs at the entrance of the building can be opened from inside as they have a push opening button on the left side of each gate , so you just need to press it to open.

WINDOWS: should be left closed whenever you leave the apartment NOISES: Please be considerate of neighbours after 10:00 PM. SOFA BED: Use of the sofa bed has to be arranged with the owner and has to be consider as a major occupancy. The sofa bed will be prepared as a bed only in case of reservations for more than 4 people or on special request before arrival SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the flat HEATING : The flat has a direct heating system. The boiler is in the small toilet, the thermostat for the temperature regulation is in the kitchen on the wall on the right. ECTRICAL PANEL : is located near the main entrance. The apartment has no bell or buzzer, but it features OPEN GATE button located in the wall of the corridor that opens at a distance both the entrance gates to the palace CLEANING PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES: under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom cabinet HAIRDRIER and ironing set is provided.
