I would recommend downloading the Trailforks app. especially for mountain biking. It shows you the trail map, the intensity and length of the trail. That way you can pick the perfect trail for you. I would recommend checking out these areas for great trails. Bent Creek, Dupont, Turkey Pen and North Mills River. Happy biking.
