If you can't catch a show the park is still a beautiful place to go for a day hike. Not far from the house (about a 15-20 minute drive) and the views are spectacular! JUst don't forget to bring water!

Great for viewing wildlife in the summer and a must for families. About a 3-hour drive to the park from the house, but on a nice day the drive to the park showcases the best of Colorado!
