Red Rocks should be on every serious concert-goer's bucket list. This naturally formed amphitheater is probably the most incredible outdoor concert venue you'll ever go to, with the spectacular rock spires to either side of the seats providing near-perfect acoustics. Plus, the view out over the stage is absolutely impressive. Go here during the day (not during a concert) to get free access to the venue, including the stage! But beware if you do not like stairs.... there are many.

16th Street Mall is an outdoor strip of shops, restaurants, bars and more. Can easily be accessed via light rail (parking is not great downtown) and is very walkable, though there is a free bus and lots of pedicabs.

This is one of the city's vegetarian hot spots. It is open every day from 7am to 2am, as it also has a full service bar. It is typically pretty noisy and quite busy, but the food is great. Everything can be made vegan and there are lots of gluten-free options as well. Ask about the waffle of the day.
