Bella Beach Properties recommended list of “To-Do’s” Of course, you come for the beach, and we do have the best beaches in the country, but after you get your fair share of beach-time in, there are SO many other GREAT things to do in our area. Here are just a few of the options along with some of our personal favorites. We are leaving off so much but this is a good starting point. If you run across something that catches your eye and want an unbiased opinion, let us know. If you want a more complete list, let us know.

Here is one of my blogs about local fishing options: http://www.bellabeachproperties.com/blog/gulf-shores-orange-beach-fishing-charters/ To recap: There are tons of great Captains around here and it really depends on what you want to do (off-shore vs. in-shore/ near-shore fishing), the # of people going, age ranges, how long you want to fish, and the time of year. If it’s for 2-3 people, I’d recommend going the 4 hour in-shore/ near shore route with Captain Ringo (251-504-5867) or Captain Hollywood (251-747-0220) or on the “High Cotton” with Captain Chris Garner (251-978-1467) for a 4-6 hour off-shore trip. For 4 people or more, I’d recommend going offshore for 4-8 hours with Captain Jimmy Waller (Big Adventure Charters, 251-747-4893) or Captain Don (Getaway Charters, 251-981-8047) if you are staying in Orange Beach or Gary Bryant (Red Eye Charters, 251-540-6982) if you are in Ft. Morgan. All of our local captains will put you on fish in the warmer months, but these are just some of our favorites. Prices vary according to the season. Don't be afraid to shop around. 15% gratuity is expected. Tip: contacting the captain directly versus going through the marina will save you some $$.
