This view point is easily reached via the cliff paths from Niton village. A walk offers views of the remote shoreline below and you might see Periguin Falcons flying also. There are picnic benches at th viewpoint and an icecream van is parked there until late on summer evenings.

When the tide is approaching high tide time, this slip way is a great place to dip into the sea. Do not swim out beyond the wooden posts, there is a rip tide! You can get changed in the hut and warm up in the cafe bar at Castle Haven after your swim. I tend to walk up the steps to the Buddle to warm up after a swim as this place is open all year round and service is super!

When the tide is approaching high tide time, this slip way is a great place to dip into the sea. Do not swim out beyond the wooden posts, there is a rip tide! You can get changed in the hut and warm up in the cafe bar at Castle Haven after your swim. There is something very satisfying about sourcing a meal from sustainable small holdings, especially when the taste experience is utterly memorable! Simone and David's goats are reared outdoors, on the pristine pastures of South Wight. You can meet the animals and then buy a range of lean cuts and delicious burgers on site to cook. If you haven't yet eaten quality goat meat, this is a good place to start and the Kingston Smallholding is worth a stop on your drive through from Chale to Shorewell.

This store is like the tardis! Whilst it seems small on the outside, the range of groceries you can get here is fab. The Island Blue Cheese, local farmshop meat, dairy, fresh fruit and vegetables are available, as well as all your usual brands of groceries.
