If you have the time, Brevard is a 25 minute drive from Hendersonville and it offers a fun downtown with chef owned restaurants, breweries, and Pisgah National Forest. The waterfalls are beautiful, and there are plenty of hiking trails!

Biltmore Estate is certainly a must see while you visit. Just 35 minutes from Hendersonville, it offers walking and biking trails, incredible gardens, and of course the mansion. This is a tiny place with a big presence. You will see geckos, turtles, and many types of sea creatures. The staff is knowledgable and happy to share with the guests. Great place to take the kids!
