The Highlands are a popular restaurant destination in Denver with tons of great drinking and dining spots. At the southern edge of the neighborhood is Confluence Park, which is where the Platt River and Cherry Creek confluence. University Park is the neighborhood we are located in. It is a primarily residential neighborhood with great park amenities including Observatory Park and the Harvard Gulch. There are three light rail train stations located about .8 miles away from our home at the periphery of the neighborhood along I-25. I-25 also makes for quick access to the mountains, downtown, and other great regional destinations!
