One of the best bakery's I have ever tried. Freshly made pastry and bread. also is not common pastry, they recreate classic recipes into amazing tasty sweets. You can see how they prepare everything cause the kitchen is open. Its a tiny corner with 2 or 3 seats inside. Good coffee as well. A bit pricy but totally worth it. Located in Santa Catalina

It's one of liveliest neighborhood in Palma and probably with the whol island. Diversity in gastronomy, bars, people.... But still make sure that the place you go to eat has good reviews. Food in the quarter is not cheap and there are a few tourist traps (in general in the island)
