So cute for young children or those who like nostalgia! I grew up going here at least once a year to see Santa and love taking our boys here now. The rides are simple but the old buildings and details are so fun plus I like to support this historical amusement park!

Right around the corner, donation based, really neat to see and hear the wolves, simple walking trails with pretty views of the Ausable River. If you’re lucky you may catch a glimpse of a moose!

Such a unique and fun museum for all ages! Great way to learn about the natural and some human history of the Adirondacks. Our boys love the fish and otters and seeing the glacier move. We also all like the outside fun! A bit of a drive from Wilmington to Tupper Lake so plan on a day trip. Racquets River Brewing is great and Earth Girl Designs on Main St is some of my favorite jewelry!

Food scene
Great food and even better view! We love to sit outside on the deck. Burgers are awesome and you can usually ask to eat off of the dining room menu as well. The trout is excellent, naturally!
