Escape the Sargazo - Go to Cozumel !
In Cozumel all the beach areas facing Playa del Carmen are sargazo free and you can truly enjoy them in a day beach club.
Once you arrive at the Cozumel port, take a taxi to one of the clubs here are my favorites and taxi will cost you $300 pesos each way.
BEST: Mr. Sanchos Beach Club $60 dollars gets you an all-day and all inclusive pass; lots of food options, all drinks included, excellent service and nice site and if you enjoy a great massage you can get it there at addl cost.
Playa Mia not all inclusive but good beach to relax. Limited food options.
