This is a great place to rent skis if going to Sundance, Deer Valley, or Park City. It's within walking distance from our apartment. There is usually a ski bus stop across the street from this ski shop during the winter season.

Skiing and sightseeing
This is a great little ski area that has all levels of skiing. It's a 15 minute drive there or you can take the ski bus to the resort in the winter from Palisades park (located within walking distance from our house)

This is very close to our house and is a great place to visit, especially in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. There is a trail running through most of the canyon and Bridal Veil Falls is a must-see.

If you have extra time, this is a great hike. You can park at Aspen Grove or the Timpanooke campground parking lots and hike as high as you wish. There is usually snow on this mountain year-round, but it can usually be hiked from July to September. Note that there is a fee to park here and parking might not be available because of crowding in the summer months. Also note that hiking to the top of the mountain would be considered a strenuous (18-mile) hike and would be an all-day adventure.

There is usually snow on this mountain year-round, but it can usually be hiked from July to September. Note that there is a fee to park here and parking might not be available because of crowding in the summer months. Also note that hiking to the top of the mountain would be considered a strenuous (18-mile) hike and would be an all-day adventure.

There is lots of great hiking from this park and it has a creek that runs through it. It is a beautiful park. In the winter, we go sledding here.
