Sauda alone is worth visiting (this is the home of Green River Adventures and where the zip line takes off from), but if you're there on a Wednesday or Friday, don't miss pizza night at Wildflour. Wildflour is a 30 + year bakery, where everything is still made with the freshest ingredients (Debi grinds her own wheat) and love.

Tons of great swimming holes. Pick blueberries in the summer. Drive part of the Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah Inn has wonderful food and views.
