This place has a great braised beef rib, possibly one of the best dishes in the city, but you have to risk the extremely uncomfortable ambiance (especially if you're younger and don't look like a rich ex-pat). Don't think they do to-go, though.

Simple, elegant dining. Reservations recommended. Delicious Italian cuisine. Small, but lovely wine list. Friendly and attentive staff and sometimes chef will come to table for a quick hello!
