Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

A romantic and luxurious haven with off-street car parking right outside and its own garden. Enjoy the comfort of a 6ft bed, great shower room, luxury toiletries & stylish decor. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . No kitchen but a space where you can refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. This newly converted listed building is a beautiful large space, filled with air and light, and gently warmed by under floor heating. It has secure off-street parking, fast WiFi and its own work area. Only a 5 min walk to the historic town centre and 10 mins by train to the World Heritage City of Bath. Just a few steps from the K&A canal, river Avon, medieval tithe barn, atmospheric traditional pubs, quaint cafes and great restaurants. A comfortable base with so much to see and do.

Our cottage with beautiful views of the Kennet & Avon Canal and the Westbury White Horse is situated in the beautiful, historic town of Bradford-on-Avon. Just 10-minutes' walk from the train station, it's the perfect base for exploring Bath (and its amazing Christmas market), Bristol and the surrounding area. Tucked away off the main road, this newly renovated beautiful home is a peaceful haven with award-winning restaurants, pubs, quaint boutique shops and delis a gentle amble away.

Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (kingsize bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Simple, cosy, quiet, relaxing space for 2 - Birch

Not quite a barn and not really a cottage, to let. Therefore, a “Barnlet” :) Birch Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from all things busy...

A quaint, pretty little cottage in a no-through lane built in 1823. Sleeps 4 + baby. Village location which is ideally placed to explore the local area and many interesting and historic places; close to Bath, Bradford on Avon and Longleat. Train stations close by. 1 well behaved dog welcome (for 2 dogs please message first). Gardens back and front with table and chairs and a barbecue. Parking for 2 cars. Dating back to 1818, this beautiful recently renovated barn is the perfect setting for those seeking a relaxing getaway. With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out.
