Central location, 2 minutes to tram stop and beachGenesis building is a small block with 51 apartments. My apartment 51 is on top floor 16th with ocean and river views. But room is small with queen size bed for two people. The entries of building and car park are on Markwell Ave. No breakfast but coffee, tea, toast, cookies, milk, jam....are available and free.
