From our family restaurant located in the heart of the historic center of Cartagena, Colombia we will connect to learn traditional Colombian recipes and the stories behind the dishes and us too. Get ready because you will prepare the delicious and crunchy empanadas made with corn flour like a native Colombian, without forgetting the sour cream sauce, which is indispensable for eating empanadas here in Colombia. we will also prepare the filling for our empanadas from scratch (if you are a vegetarian there is room for you too!) Besides the empanadas we will also prepare the delicious and multifaceted patacones, they are soft inside but crunchy outside, and you can't miss their respective typical sauce, where butter and garlic predominate to give them their characteristic flavor! which you will learn to prepare too! We will also prepare the Arepas, soft and full of cheese, so much so that it melts and comes out by its edges! This class is a good way to connect with your friends, or a great date for your partner too, or if you prefer a fun activity to do with your family! My intention is that this class will end up being an unforgettable lunch/dinner. We will be biking under our project called Free Biking Tour cartagena, which we started making project out of our love for biking. Today, after many years, we have now created the most successful, best-rated & official biking tour company in Cartagena! We will meet up and you will get a short description of the tour, what's good to know and the basic principles of keeping safe. Then we will adjust our bikes and bike around the city, making many stops to talk, ask questions and take pictures. Our purpose is to give you a real experience of what living in Cartagena can feel like, while showing you all the tricks and hidden gems that may be found in this city. This tour is a perfect introduction to this city: we will show you all of the old city and later you can choose what you want to see and do more! This tour includes all the must-see areas of the old city, including the magic in the Centenario park and local vibes and graffiti art of Getsemani! To top it off, we will bike around on our unique custom-made Colombian flag colored bikes desinged by Jose. Biking will be in a nice pace so you have time to enjoy the views, colors, architecture, but yet we will have a cooling breeze which makes biking easier than walking! NB! Our team is trained by the Colombian government accoring to the latest safety requirements and measures & your tour will be lead by a licensed tour guide! Other things to note Since our bikes are in standard size, smaller children cannot participate in the tour, recommended age is 15+. Salsa music is without a doub part of the Caribbean culture and mainly in Cartagena, lovers of this genre are innumerable. Salsa music as part of our culture in Cartagena, comes from popular neighborhoods. We love listening to salsa music all the time. This experience will take you to discover the main steps to learn salsa, bachata and champeta ( A local rhythm that comes from Africa) as well. As a local, we will teach you how to move your hip and legs. We can't promise you that you will be a professional dancer at the end of the experience, but you will have a fun experience that you will never forget. With a professional dancer you will be inmerse in the world of locals dancing and learning some history about the most populars musical genre in Cartagena. THIS IS A PLAN to be a local for a couple of hours with your new friend Maria or Liz. As much you will eat, as much you will learn about my culture. You will learn about the stories behind every receipe and every spot. Let´s meet at "Exito San Diego Supermarket". From there we will walk to the first spot where we will eat "fritos" and some local juices. Then we will try some " arepas", "chinese empanadas", Patacón with cheese, local sweets. This is an experience to be able to eat like a local and have fun like one. I will teach you the conection of these receipes and the life in neighborhoods, and for sure I will introduce to you all my friends. You will try 8 receipes, local juices, local soda, some local sweets and exotic fruits.

Disfrutaremos 90 minutos de bienestar a través de la relajación, los estiramientos y la respiración, para activar tu cuerpo, renovar tu energía y encontrar equilibrio en todo tu ser!!
