Bedroom, Great Location Near Beaches and DowntownVery central location!! Private bedroom in basement with brand new bathroom all to yourself!!. The bathroom has a large shower but no bath tub. There is one other bedroom in the basement ( my 21 year old son) but he uses the upstairs bathroom. Large desk and office chair with plenty of room to work at your laptop and a mini fridge microwave and coffee machine behind the small curtain next to your bed.
