Well situated, recently refurbished, ground floor studio apartment in the charming and quiet area of Dommeldange. There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist ein kleiner Bestandteil des Landhauses „ an Huemes“ aus dem 19. Jhd. Die frühere kleine Dorfkneipe sucht man heute in den gemütlichen Räumlichkeiten vergebens, jedoch offenbart die Wohnung einen Teil seiner Vergangenheit in den Gemäuern. Aufgrund der direkten Angliederung vor der Haustür an das Fahrradnetz und der Müllerthal-Region ist die Gegend besonders für Fahrradfahrer und Wanderer geeignet.

Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
