Located in a private subdivision near Pagadian city airport,very secure area with 24 hrs security guard, very clean and quiet area. The house has 3 bedrooms fully airconditioned. Master's bedroom located downstairs with ensuite hot/cold shower and upstairs bedrooms all air conditioned with shared bathrooms.Living area is fully airconditioned with 42 inches smart tv, cable and wifi available . We have a private van that can be hire daily if guests required.
