Our centrally-located tiny home is just a few miles from restaurant row and TTU. Burgess Falls state park and Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina 9.5 miles. Our family of 4, along with cats and dogs, lives here too on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Even boarding available for your horse(s) with barn stalls and a fenced in acre. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest for a day or stay a week!

This is a small 1 bedroom efficiency apartment close to TTU and downtown area. A small drive will put you at several state parks, lakes and water fall locations. You have Cable and WiFI with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen does not have a dining room table but have provided portable TV stands to eat from. Also provided is a microwave and Curig coffee maker for that ideal cup of morning coffee. The space is perfect for a getaway with all the basic amenities. We require all guests to complete guest portals for information verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, to complete the guest portal. Non-Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through the guest portal. Airbnb guests are required a security deposit through Airbnb. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100 per stay. Our team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM Central to address your questions and concerns. We are VERY STRICT on no parties and no smoking! If either of these occur you will be subject to a minimum $350 charge. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. Normal and maximum sleeping capacity is 2. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
