Quiet Room in Lovely Neighborhood close to everything with Amenities GALORE! (Unfortunately, Clubhouse and amenities are currently closed dues to covid 19, hank you for understanding) If you have any question or need any help, you always can contact us, we will glad to help you to make your time with us as comfortable as possible. We have a cat, but SHE will never bother you, because she not going that part of house. We will glad to see you in our house.

The house is located near everything. Less than 3 miles to the mall, Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Winn Dixie and other stores. Lots of restaurants less than 5miles away. 20 min drive to the beach. 15 minute drive to downtown. 5min drive to Prometric testing center. The bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs and has its own private bathroom. The remainder of the rooms are upstairs therefore you will have downstairs to yourself except for the shared kitchen and living room.

The pictures of this room were update 10/24/2019 and actual. This private bedroom is not shared, having a queen size mattress and memory foam with drawers underneath and storage area. Full size dresser/ mirror, two night stands. We provide pillows, comfort/sheets for your room. The door has a private lock. The bathroom is shared by another guest if present (not often). The kitchen, dinning, living room, patio, washer/dryer and all other areas of the condo is sometimes shared with you.
