Beautiful cozy environment. Very quiet and peaceful. Pls read ALL rules Private, spacious, one level, home in a well-kept, quiet, residential neighborhood walking distance to shopping and restaurants; 2 miles to Surprise Stadium and 2.5 miles from Banner Del Webb. Brand new hot water heater and several recent upgrades. Close to Surprise Tennis and Pickle Ball courts. Lots of local Farmer's markets. We do have 2 cats that pretty much just stick to themselves This is a home share, we Offer 1 room.
