Private 11 x 12' bedroom with new bed and mattress (May 2023) in a 3 bedroom house with large front yard with chair and table area, garden, living room, kitchen. The bungalow house was built in 1955 when LA was just growing up. The room is decorated with some Venice art and a classic skateboard. We (Rhonda and my roommate in other 2 BRs) are glad to socialize and help with any questions you have or give you a lot of space, whatever you want. Come visit the Venice vibez, relax, and connect.

Please note this is a private room and not a separate unit or apartment even if it looks like a studio and has private entrance it is still a part of the house. Also the entrance is unusual trough the garage . I have 2 boys and you will hear us or at least some people do some not. .
