Private suite in a Southern Gothic mansionGood for Social Distancing: This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. New Downtown Studio, Nespresso, Bikes and a Bidet.This is a new 1-room studio close to downtown Raleigh. We stringently disinfect, but now we are stepping up the game and running the HVAC w' hi-density filtration non-stop. Colette & I have also been tested twice & have had the good fortune of not knowing anybody that has had this virus .The Studio has a key pad entry on the 1st floor of our townhouse. We have bikes that we loan our guests so you can enjoy the N. Person St. corridor & downtown Raleigh. We consider small dogs but check first.
