Linville Gorge is Eastern America's most scenic and rugged gorge. Carved deep into the Blue Ridge Mountains it is one of Eastern America's most scenic gorges. Referred to as the "Grand Canyon of the East", it offers tremendous hiking from mild to challenging and awe-inspiring views.
