It was here in the Bar Andaluz, where the popular and world-famous "Margarita" drink was invented, on August 21, 1948 by Mr. David Negrete, in honor of the owner of the Hotel Riviera, Mrs. Marjorie or "Margarita" King Plant.

This is the place that invented the margarita. It is located on an old once casino founded during the US prohibition era, it is a quiet nice place to get a couple of drinks.
