Located adjacent to historic downtown Main Street in Forest City and the brand-new Thermal Belt Rail-Trail, POPS offers multiple themes for public enjoyment. The park includes an 2,000-seat amphitheater, a covered stage, a colonnade extending across the top of the amphitheater, two splash pads and a plaza with concession support and restrooms

Amphitheater with some water features the little kids love. Neat concert and event venue right at the rail trail.

A new part of downtown, POPS is a beautiful, landscaped and generally quiet place to enjoy a walk, a hanging swing overlooking the pavilion, or having a snack or drink at one of the covered picnic tables. Downtown shops and restaurants are near. The local Farmers market is adjacent, as well as ample free parking, outdoor exercise facility, a multi-mile walking/ biking trail-way , and a dog park. An annual schedule of public events and concerts is planned. In summer, water fountains and spouts are great entertainment for all. After Thanksgiving, the park is holiday lighted and becomes a center for holiday activities, including Santa shop, ice skating, and photo niches..
