Really excellent Spanish-centric menu. Katie Button has won many national and international awards—it gets insane reviews and has been a staple of the Asheville fine dining scene for a long time. Definitely make a reservation.

Upscale Spanish tapas restaurant that is highly regarded in this town and owned by Katie Button (James Beard Award nominee and semifinalist). Highly recommend making restaurants decently in advanced. Hands down, best paella. They do wine pairings as well.

Must visit restaurant for foodies. 4 star Micheline restaurant that was featured by Anthony Bourdain in his television series. Lunch menu is more reasonably priced than the dinner menu but you MUST call in advance for a reservation. Same-day reservations are rare but possible.
